I work with people who are seeking support to heal through acute injury, surgical recovery, or chronic pain, and in the lifelong process of living as one with their bodies as they grow and change.

We all have within us an incredible capacity for resilience and recovery. My role is that of a facilitator, supporting folks in tapping into their own innate power to heal.
